Terrible AC and uncomfortable room conditions.

Units with a terrace. Costs gbp 40. A fairly quiet area, marvellous location close enough to Bavaro/Punta Cana, bavaro beach and shops and restaurant...

Very rude staff!

I asked for queen room with a terrace as well as refrigerator and they kindly provided it. The breakfast offered a good choice of decent meals. Everybody was really kind and kind.

The hotel offers nice homemade breakfast juices and the atmosphere feels refreshing and quiet. Receptionists are warm and cute. The room itself was clean and the availability of coffee day and night is a nice touch. On the downside, air conditioning in our initial room didn't work well, but staff promptly moved us to another room with decent AC. The new bed did need some fixing. There was also one towel provided for two guests, not ideal. WiFi didn't work in the room. I think the hotel could benefit from improving water quality. The shower water often smelled odd. Having better towels, blankets, and a more flexible breakfast service would greatly enhance the experience. The hotel has potential but needs several improvements to be comfortable.

A fantastic way to end my business trip. Nice staff, clean and huge rooms with aircon, lovely view.

The staff was incredible, the room was huge, everything was fine. Booked a room with balcony. The food was decent and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. Our experience here was such great.

The reception staff were cute, contributing to a pleasant check-in experience. Despite a hiccup with the air conditioning in our initial room, we were promptly moved to another room for our comfort, appreciated.

It was a great place.

Amenities are limited, with sketchy neighborhood vibes. No beach access nearby, requiring a long trek or Uber to reach the shore. WiFi issues persist, often leaving it unusable. Breakfast service is restrictive, especially when requesting extra items.

We had such a fun stay! The kids loved the easy access to nearby golf courses, and we enjoyed the refreshing homemade breakfast juices each morning. The hotel also offers plenty of water adventures like windsurfing and snorkeling, made for exciting family activities.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could improve kid-friendly amenities.

The staff was quite friendly. They even offered us an extra breakfast for our child after a little misunderstanding on check-in.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

I had a nice one-night stay here. the omelette breakfast was tasty and the WiFi worked well! Just be ready for a very basic room, though! Would I choose this place again? Yes!

The coffee available day and night was a pleasant surprise, and the homemade breakfast juices were some of the best I've ever tasted. The lack of chairs on the balcony made it less comfortable to enjoy the view, and the room lacked proper sound insulation were good. The WiFi struggled to connect.
